Bill has been involved in home building over 30 years, with experience from the ground up. In fact, he financed his college education through various construction jobs including concrete, framing, roofing, and drywall. So it seemed only natural after graduating from the University of Baltimore in 1986 with a degree in Business Administration for Bill to take his practical education along with his degree and put it to use in the construction industry.
He went to work for a local builder in the Baltimore-Metro Area for 10 years learning how to marry his practical skills with his business education. In 1986 the opportunity presented itself to partner with one of the premier builders in the Mid-South, RiverBirch Homes. After spending ten years under the guidance and leadership of Reggie Garner, he ventured out on his own to create RiverBirch Homes of West Tennessee.
